Greetings to you in Jesus Holy name and thank you for your fervent prayers! Praise God for the wonderful time we had this Easter Season. We give thanks to our heavenly father for His blessing that we were able to arrange Easter programs for Children. We wish you all a very happy Easter! We are happy that we have again got the opportunity to share about our ministry work for the month of March 2007. We know that there are many brothers and sisters, who are continuously praying for our ministry. We thank you all for it.

Sunday Services

In the month of March 2007 Sunday Services in seven areas of United Ministries Pakistan were held on a regular basis. Special sermons were given to the congregation regarding Easter preparation. Our ministry team and all congregations were in prayer and fasting for the Evangelistic work expansion in Pakistan. In our Sunday services the size of the congregation increased in every meeting so we are praying for a separate church building for each area. Please continue to pray for us and for our regular prayer meetings. The believers of the congregation are involved in personal soul winning by meeting people individually and sharing the gospel. Please continue to pray for us and for our regular prayer meetings.

Outreach Gospel Program

The Outreach Gospel program was greatly blessed in the month of March 2007. We are winning many souls for the Lord Jesus Christ in the Outreach Gospel Program. Outreach prayer meetings have been blessed in Chak # 92, Warbartan, Rabua, Shorkoat, Korian, Chaman Zaar Colony, Goghuwal, Nishatabad, Dasua, Yousafabad, Gojra, Korian, Wahid Park, Railway Quarter, Tamboo Colony, Chak # 6, Mariamabad, Goal Patha and Manawala. Please continue to pray for us and for our Outreach Gospel Program. We are praying for Urdu Bibles and we are praying for Ministry transportation as we have no ministry conveyance and have to travel on public transportation. By having ministry transportation we can increase the Outreach Gospel program.

Biblical Teaching for Youth

In the month of March 2007 Bible teaching classes were conducted regularly. Four Pastors, namely Pastor Rashid Emmanuel (Topic: Jesus Tempted by Satan, Matthew 4:1-11), Pastor Amjad Aziz (Topic: Sermon on the Mount, Matthew 5-7), Pastor Javaid Hadayat (Topic: Mustard Seed, Matthew 13-31-32), Pastor Yousaf Azad (Topic: Unfruitful fig tree Luke 13:6-9) Youth are learning the word of God with Great Spirit. We are planning for youth seminars for the year 2007 where youth can learn more, and learn how to preach in different circumstance. We want to start more Biblical teaching program in different areas for youth. Please pray for this program.

Sunday School

Praise the Lord for the month of March 2007. We especially prepared children for Easter. Children were very interested to learn about the Crucifixion, Death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ. Through Sunday School children are learning the Christian spiritual songs, and through colorful story books they learn about the miracles of Jesus Christ. This program is running in four areas of Faisalabad namely Railway Colony, 213-Maryamabad, Waheed Park and Warispura, Faisalabad. In the month of February 2007 the Sunday School classes were given regularly in these areas and children are increasing in number. On Easter we gave gifts to all Sunday School Children. Please continue to pray for Sunday school classes.

Prison Ministry

In the month of March 2007 we arranged special prayer meetings for prisoners in our congregation. Due to the lack of fmoney we were not able to go into the prison. We are praying that Lord will provide us financial prosperity so that we will continue our work in Prison. We are praying in each congregational prayer meeting for prisoners. Please pray that Lord will open doors for our prison ministry that we have to serve our prisoners brothers.

Drama Ministry

In the month of March 2007 our Drama ministry performed the drama on “Ten Virgins” arranged in the Ghokhowal for the community. In this way people are learning the word of God very easily because when they watch the young people performing the truth that we must change our lives for Lord Jesus Christ. In this way children understand the central idea of the message easily. Youth participated with great enthusiasm in this event. This drama had great impact on the children and adults of the community. Please pray for the drama ministry.

Women's Ministry

The Women's Ministry was greatly blessed in the month of March 2007. Jesus Christ is blessing the Women's ministry because it is growing day by day. In the month of March 2007 Evangelist sister Rafia and her co-worker spread the Word of God to young girls and women, and giving messages to the women and girls about Jesus' Resurrection from the dead. Many new girls and women entered the women's ministry. Many women and young girls had their lives changed after listening to the word of God, and now they are a part of the women's ministry and preaching the word of God to women and girls. We need Urdu religious literature for the women's ministry because when our Sisters are going to winess in new communities they need religious literature for distribution. Please pray for the women's ministry that God may use our sisters for His Glory.

United Primary School

In the month of March 2007 United Primary School was going very well, and teachers gave the students special teaching regarding Resurrection of Jesus Christ. Final Exams were held in the month of March 2007. We arrange a special period of Christians study in every class on a daily basis for the children's spiritual growth. Now children are learning the word of God from their childhood. In 2007 we are praying for our own school building, and in this way we can increase the strength of the children. Please continue to pray for separate school and Easter financial need for the children.

Sewing Center

In the month of March 2007, the Sewing Centre in Railway Colony Faisalabad is going very well. We want to increase the number of Machines in Sewing Center because more women and girls are coming, and we don’t have a large number of machines. We are praying to the Lord Jesus Christ for more sewing machines. Most important and the greatest gift these women receive the good news of Lord Jesus Christ. Before each sewing session starts there is a short devotion time in which they hear the Word of God, who loves and cares for them unconditionally. Please pray for our sisters who are learning sewing. In future we want to start the sewing centers in different areas where we are preaching Please pray for this mission of the United Ministries Pakistan.

FREE DISPENSARY

In the month of March 2007, the Free Dispensary in Railway Colony Faisalabad rab smoothly by the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. We are giving medicine to the needy free of cost. Brother Riaz Masih is the one in charge of the Dispensary, and first prays with patients and then he is giving them medicine. Every patient is asking to our brother please pray for them before giving them medicine. People are healing very quickly because they are asking Jesus heal us through prayer. Please pray for this mission of the United Ministries Pakistan.

One Day Healing Convention in Manawala on 22 April 2007

United Ministries Pakistan is arranging a one day Healing convention in Manawala on 22 April 2007. Many sick, demon-possessed, blind, and paralyzed people will be come over there and Jesus will heal them. Please pray for the the success of the Manawala healing Convention.
