Dear Praying Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Greetings to you and thank you for your fervent prayers! It’s my privilege to share you about December 2006 work report of United Ministries Pakistan. I am very much excited to share with you about the December 2006 programs because GOD is fulfilling my vision and HE answered our prayer, which I have been praying since from three months and its very exciting to see our prayers answered, and it’s a long way to go but with your help and prayers we can make difference in Faisalabad Pakistan, and nothing will stop us by reaching the un-reached and we will bring the harvest in together.

n the month of December 2006 Sunday Services in seven areas of United Ministries Pakistan were held regularly. We arranged specialChristmas prayer meetings in these areas. Special Christmas and New Year messages were delivered by pastors. In our Sunday services the size of congregation is increasing in prayer meetings so we are praying for a separate church building for each area. Please continue to pray for us and for our regular prayer meetings.
Outreach Gospel program is going very blessed in the month of December 2006. We try to cover all outreach areas where United
Ministries Pakistan pastor are preaching and give their special Christmas and New Year messages. Outreach prayer meetings have been
full of blessings in Mariam Abad, Gojra, Nishatabad, Chamanzar Colony, Waheed Park, Ghulam Muhammadabad, Shorkoat, Railway Quarter, Tamboo Colony, Goghuwal, Akbarabad, Rabuwa, Nasrat Colony, Chak # 213, Rasool Park, Dasua, Fairoz Watooan, Malkhanwala and Peer Kalian Colony. Please continue to pray for us and for our Outreach Gospel Program. We need 300 Urdu Bibles on urgent basis for Outreach Gospel program. We are praying for Urdu Bibles and we are praying for Ministry transport as we have no ministry conveyance and have to travel on public transport. By having ministry transport we can increase outreach Gospel program.
Bible teaching classes were conducted regularly. Four Pastors namely Pastor Rashid Emmanuel (Topic: Jesus Baptized, Matthew 3:13-17), Pastor Vaster Saajan (Topic: Born Again, John 3:1-21), Pastor Amjad Aziz (Topic: Feeding of 5,000, Matthew 14:14-21) and Pastor Shoukat Fazal (Topic: Man Born Blind, John 9:1-41). The youth are learning the word of God with Great Spirit. We want to start more
Biblical teaching program in different areas for youth. Please pray for this program.
Praise the Lord for the month of December 2006. Sunday School Children participated in many programs. They performed plays on Jesus'
birth and give special Christmas messages through tableau and Christmas songs. United Ministries Pakistan distributed gifts to all Sunday School Children. In the month of December 2006 Sunday school classes were given for Christmas preparation of Sunday school children. Please continue to pray for Sunday school classes.
In the month of December 2006 Pastor Rashid Emmanuel, Pastor Javaid Hadayat, Pastor Saleem Javaid, Pastor Shoukat Fazal and Pastor Naeem Akhtar spent a full day with prisoners on 23rd December 2006. A special prayer meeting was held with prisoners in the Central jail. All prisoners were very happy with this Christmas program. We especially distribute the Christmas cake to the prisoners and then we gave them Lunch. The mumber of the prisoners in that jail is 80 and three prisoners are in Jail in false blasphemy cases. Many prisoners were
weeping in the prayer meeting. We gave them satisfaction through the Word of God. 14 Prisoners are foreigner and they are asking for
English Bibles and English literatures. Our pastor is visiting that jail and praying with the prisoners and helping make their faith stronger
in the Lord Jesus Christ. He visited the families of those prisoners and prayed with them. Please pray for those innocent prisoners and
their families.
In the month of December 2006 our Drama ministry performed Christmas-related plays with the children and Nativity plays. They acted
these programs in different areas of Faisalabad. The children very much enjoyed these Drama programs. The youth participated with great
enthusiasm in this event. This drama has great impact on the children and adults of the community. Please pray for the drama ministry.
The Women's Ministry was greatly blessedl in the month of December 2006. In the month of December 2006 Evangelist sister Rafia and her co-worker spread the Word of God to young girls and women and gave them special Christmas messages. December 2006 was very blessed for Women ministry. Many new girls and women entered in the woman ministry. Jesus Christ is blessing the Women's ministry because women ministry is increasing day by day. Many women and young girls had their lives changed after listening to the word of God and now they are members of the women's ministry and preaching the word of God to women and girls. Please pray for the women's ministry that God may use our sisters for His Glory.
United Primary School is running smoothly throughout the month of December 2006. A special Christmas program was held for the United
Primary School and we gave gifts to all children of school and they are very happy. Children are on holidays from 20th December to 8
January 2007. United Primary school is a rented school building, and 85 boys and girls are studying in this school. In 2007 we are praying for our own school building, and in this way we can increase the number of children. Many people are coming to our school but due to shortage of space we are not admitting their children in the school. Please continue to pray for a separate school building.
In the month of December 2006 Sewing Centre in Railway Colony Faisalabad was doing very well. We want to increase the number of
Machines in Sewing Center because more women and girls are coming and we don’t have a large number of machines. We are praying to Lord Jesus Christ for more sewing machines. The most important and the greatest gift these women receive the good news of Lord Jesus Christ. Before each sewing session starts there is a short devotion time in which they hear the Word of God, who loves and cares for them unconditionally. Please pray for our sisters who are learning the sewing. In future we want to start the sewing centers in different areas where we are preaching Please pray for this mission of the United Ministries Pakistan.
In the month of December 2006 the Free Dispensary in Railway Colony Faisalabad iran smoothly by the Grace of Lord Jesus Christ. We are giving medicine to the needy free of cost. Brother Riaz Masih is the one in charge of the Dispensary. First he has prayer with patients and then he gives them medicine. We are planning to give Tuberculosis Medicine to Tuberculosis Patients free of cost. There are many Tuberculosis patients in these areas where we are preaching. People are dying due to lack of money. They are not able to purchase the medicine. The course of Tuberculosis medicine is for 9 months. One patient takes 5 tablets in one day. One patient needs 1350 tablets for 9 months course. We want to start initially with 60 patients. Please pray for this mission of the United Ministries Pakistan.
Full Night Preaching of Jesus' Birth on 24th December 2006
We arranged a special full night preaching program on 24th December 2006. First all United Ministries Pakistan pastors completed their own congregational prayers meetings on 24th December 2006. After that all of the pastors came to United Ministries Pakistan Office, and then we started preaching about the birth of Jesus to different areas. We walked on foot the whole night and gave the message of Jesus' birth to people and families. Many Policeman and Muslims were asking us what we were doing on this night and why we were singing loudly in street. We explained to them we are Christians, and tonight our Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ, came to Earth. Jesus is the Saviour of the World and Jesus saves us from death and sin. Then we prayed for them and for the land of Pakistan. They were very surprised with this act and appreciated us. The Lord protected us from every danger. We preached the whole night in many different areas. When Christian people heard our voices they came out from their houses and we prayed together with them. The Lord used us abundantly on 24th December 2006.
